Manchester City closing in on Allan Elias deal as personal terms agreed

Manchester City have made significant progress in their negotiations with Palmeiras over the transfer of 22-year-old Brazilian winger Allan Elias.

According to journalist Santi Aouna (Foot Mercato), the player has already agreed on all personal contract terms with the Citizens and is eager to make the move to the Premier League.

At present, the clubs are actively discussing the transfer fee. Elias has a release clause of €100 million in his contract, but they are working towards a compromise deal around €40 million.
