As Manchester United approach the international break in a decidedly disjointed state, they are set to face Fulham, who are grappling with even more serious issues. Ex-United captain Gary Neville firmly believes the Red Devils need to claim all three points against a Fulham side that has managed just one point from their last four Premier League games.
Neville offered his uncompromising prediction during an appearance on The Overlap:
“United will win this match. I think United will come out on top on Sunday. Honestly, having watched a couple of Fulham's games, I believe they are up against massive difficulties. I don’t even know how they’re going to dig themselves out of this… Everything about their game points to this. You’ll probably clip this bit for highlights on Sunday night, but right now everything about Fulham indicates they are in real trouble. My prediction is a 2-1 victory for Manchester United.”
