Enczo Mareska urged Manchester City to learn to handle external pressures and respond to criticism with results. He also highlighted fan support after their 3-0 win over Liverpool.

Manchester City manager Enczo Mareska has spoken out about the external pressures facing the club after their emphatic 3-0 win against Liverpool.

The Italian tactician emphasised the need for his team to stay resilient in the face of criticism and discussions that swirl around the club, insisting that they should not allow such distractions to divert their focus from the game.

'We need to learn to handle the external noise, considering the situation we’re in. This noise isn’t going away,' Mareska explained.

He highlighted that the most effective response to any chatter outside the pitch is to deliver strong performances on it.

'At the same time, we need to create our own noise — by winning matches, just like we did today. I've heard our fans singing many times,' the Manchester City boss added.
