Curtis Jones has agreed a five-year deal with Inter until 2031. The Italians are preparing a new offer for Liverpool.

According to Italian insider Nicolo Schira, Milan's Inter have reached a significant agreement with 25-year-old Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones.

The terms of a personal contract have been fully agreed upon, set to last until June 2031.

Now, the hierarchy at Inter are preparing to submit a new and improved offer to the Merseysiders to finalize the transfer of the midfielder.

Jones is seen as a key addition to the midfield after the departure of Davide Frattesi.

The Reds are valuing their homegrown talent at around £30-35 million (€35 million), considering his contract situation and local status.

If the deal goes through, Jones will become Inter's third English signing this summer, following the arrivals of John Stones and Jed Spence.
