The Italians have already secured the signing of 27-year-old central defender Trevo Chalobah for £30 million, penning a five-year deal. Chalobah's departure was facilitated by Chelsea's recent acquisition of Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace for £52 million.

Next on Fabregas's wishlist is 23-year-old forward Liam Delap, who has been put up for transfer following an underwhelming first season in London, managing just one goal in the Premier League.
