On Saturday, 10th October, Arsenal faced Leeds United in the 6th round of the English Premier League for the 2026/27 season. The match took place at the Emirates Stadium in London and concluded with a determined 2-1 victory for the home side, refereed by Paul Tierney.

All three goals came in the second half, with Leeds initially taking the lead in the 55th minute. Defender James Justin found the net after a well-placed ball from Gabriel Gudmundsson.

However, the Gunners quickly responded, equalising just seven minutes later when Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori scored following a pass from Ben White. The winning goal for Arsenal came in the 70th minute, courtesy of midfielder Bruno Guimaraes, who was assisted by Declan Rice.
