Chelsea seem to have suffered a double blow in the transfer market in their attempts to sign Alex Scott and Jay Jay Gabriel.
According to talkSPORT, the Blues are keen on the young talent Jay Jay Gabriel from Manchester United. The 16-year-old striker is eager to leave Old Trafford, but Chelsea have been informed that he is likely to continue his career abroad. Top European clubs including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and PSG are all in pursuit of the promising youngster.
In addition, the potential transfer of Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott is also on hold. Chelsea view him as a replacement for the departed Enzo Fernandez, with another option being Adam Worthington from Crystal Palace.
However, Bournemouth are firmly refusing to let Scott leave in January. The Cherries are determined to keep the England international at least until the end of the season. If Chelsea are to secure his signature, it won't be until the summer of 2027 at the earliest.
