Tottenham have been presented with an opportunity to acquire two familiar faces from Milan as the January transfer window approaches. Currently struggling at the bottom of the Premier League table, Spurs are keen to strengthen their squad following significant summer investments in players like Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes, and Savinho. The club's hierarchy is determined to bolster the squad to avoid a relegation battle.
According to insider Graham Bailey from TEAMtalk, Milan have offered Tottenham the chance to sign Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. The contracts of 28-year-old defender Tomori and 30-year-old midfielder Loftus-Cheek are set to expire at the end of the season, with the Serie A club opting not to pursue new deals, looking instead to cash in on their departures this January.
In addition to Tottenham, interest in both players has reportedly been communicated to several other clubs, including Frank Lampard's Coventry City, Newcastle, Everton, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, Sunderland, and Fulham.
