Tottenham have officially enquired about the potential return of their all-time leading goalscorer, 33-year-old Harry Kane.
As the forward nears the end of his contract, with just 12 months remaining on his current deal with Bayern Munich, signs of a possible transfer have emerged. Following the arrival of Roberto De Zerbi, there’s a fresh wave of energy at Tottenham, prompting the club's hierarchy to openly express their desire to explore the option of bringing back their legend. Barcelona have also maintained contact with Kane’s camp, looking for a replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
However, a full return to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seems unlikely at this stage. Bayern Munich are preparing a new three-year contract for Kane, extending until 2029, demonstrating their immense trust in the striker who netted 61 goals last season and broke Bundesliga records.
While Kane does not rule out a future return to the Premier League, he is currently fully focused on his performances with Bayern.
