Elliot Anderson and Bruno Guimaraes top the list of the highest paid newcomers in the Premier League for the 2026/27 season, both earning £250,000 a week. They are followed by Ronald Araujo, Sandro Tonali, and Youri Tielemans.

The summer transfer window for Premier League clubs was marked not only by hefty transfer fees but also by significant salaries. Six players are reportedly earning at least £200,000 a week.

A ranking has been compiled based on data from Capology and SalaryLeaks. However, these figures have not been officially confirmed by the clubs, and estimates can vary between the two sources.

1. Elliot AndersonManchester City, £250,000 a week

Following his move from Nottingham Forest, Anderson's wages have soared from £40,000 to £250,000 a week. He became the most expensive English footballer in history this summer, a record that was soon eclipsed by Morgan Rogers.

Another new recruit for Tottenham, Fernandes, is also reported to earn around £200,000 a week.

6. Youri TielemansManchester United, £200,000

Robertson joined Tottenham as a free agent, allowing the London club to offer the defender a substantial salary without a transfer fee.

8. Morgan RogersChelsea, £150,000–175,000

Capology estimates Rogers' salary at £150,000 per week, while SalaryLeaks puts it at £175,000.
