The Premier League's chief executive Richard Masters has commented on the findings of an independent commission that found Manchester City guilty of serious financial breaches.
To recap, the independent commission established that the club had systematically breached league rules over nine seasons (from 2009/10 to 2017/18) and additionally found them guilty of refusing to cooperate with the investigation.
