Jamie Redknapp has hailed Estevao as an incredible talent and questioned whether the Brazilian is simply too good to remain on the bench at Chelsea. He believes Xabi Alonso must find a way to integrate him alongside other attacking stars.

Former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder Jamie Redknapp has weighed in on the dilemma facing Xabi Alonso regarding Estevao's role at Chelsea.

The 19-year-old Brazilian has consistently found himself on the bench, much to the confusion of many, given his clear potential:

I look at Estevao and wonder: is he really too good not to be playing in this team?

He's incredibly talented, but how do you fit him into the line-up when you have Morgan Rogers, Cole Palmer, and Joao Pedro? These are the kinds of issues Alonso has to tackle.

After joining Chelsea last season, Estevao started brightly but has struggled to maintain that form recently. Nevertheless, he remains one of the most exciting young talents in the squad.

The intense competition up front makes it difficult for Estevao to secure regular playing time. Alonso faces the tough task of juggling places in his attack for Rogers, Palmer, and Joao Pedro, leaving the Brazilian winger without a stable role for now.
