Real Sociedad and Al Hilal are after 20-year-old Chelsea defender Mamadou Sarr. Meanwhile, the London club is also weighing up the futures of goalkeepers Sharman-Lowe and Slonina.

The 20-year-old central defender for Chelsea and the Senegal national team, Mamadou Sarr, has captured the attention of Spanish side Real Sociedad and Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal.

According to BBC journalist Nizaar Kinsella, both clubs are leading a prominent list of suitors, which also features teams from the English Premier League and European competition participants.

Real Sociedad aims to secure Sarr on a season-long loan, while Al Hilal is prepared to offer a permanent transfer. The London club signed Sarr in 2025 for £12 million and subsequently loaned him to Strasbourg for experience.

The defender has successfully represented the Senegal national team and is drawing interest from European clubs as a reliable asset to strengthen their defensive lines.

Teddy Sharman-Lowe is being considered as the third choice goalkeeper for the Blues, but the club is open to the possibility of loaning him out to the Championship.

The situation surrounding Gabriel Slonina remains unresolved, with Chelsea's hierarchy exploring both options for another loan and a permanent sale of the American goalkeeper.
