David Sullivan takes BBC to court over Panorama documentary
West Ham co-owner David Sullivan is suing the BBC in the High Court in London, accusing the broadcaster of defamation and malicious distortion of facts in the Panorama documentary titled Predator: The Billionaire Boss of Football, which aired in June. Sullivan is seeking £150 million in damages.
