Manchester United are poised to return to the negotiating table with Brighton today for Carlos Baleba. The two clubs have moved closer to an agreement, and the Red Devils are hopeful of finalising the transfer of the 22-year-old midfielder.
The latest reports indicate that discussions are at an advanced stage, although the final fee for the transfer has yet to be agreed upon.

Previously, United had tabled a bid of around £60 million plus an additional £5 million in bonuses. While this offer fell below Brighton's valuation, conversations are still ongoing as both parties work diligently towards a resolution.
