English clubs Manchester United and Arsenal are keeping tabs on the progress of 21-year-old left-back Joaquin Seisy from Brugge and the Belgium national team.
Seisy's impressive performances, including his participation in the recent World Cup, have seen the Belgian club value their young prospect at around £30 million.
At Manchester United, Patrick Dorgu has often been deployed as a wing-back or winger, while Luke Shaw is losing mobility with age, and both Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui prefer playing on their stronger right foot. Conversely, Arsenal are looking for cover amid injury concerns for Riccardo Calafiori, as Miles Lewis-Skelly is likely to be used in midfield this season.
According to Belgian publication Nieuwsblad, Brugge have yet to receive any official inquiries from English clubs and are keen to retain the player.

Previously, Brugge sold Christos Tsolis to Arsenal for £34 million, confirming the club’s willingness to part with key players for the right offers.
