Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has voiced his concerns over the team's excessive dependence on Bruno Fernandes. He believes it is crucial for other players to step up and contribute more to both chances created and goals scored.
Saha shared his insights:
It’s not just about the forwards. Manchester United need more from the players providing the passes. The team is too reliant on Bruno Fernandes. I see this as a problem. He is under immense pressure, and it’s unhealthy for any team to depend so heavily on one player.
United have some good players now—Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, and Amad Diallo. It’s these players who need to add more to their game, scoring more goals and producing assists. This will give the team greater balance and more options in attack.
I think Youri Tielemans would be an excellent addition. He’s a central midfielder who primarily looks to pass to attacking players. He has the ability to find them in space and create one-on-one situations.
