Liverpool have submitted a fresh, enhanced offer to PSG for the services of 23-year-old winger Bradley Barcola. The new bid, reported at €135 million (£115 million), has been acknowledged by the Parisian hierarchy who opted to take their time reviewing the proposal, according to Transfer News Live.

Previously, PSG had lowered their original valuation from £145 million to around £125 million, paving the way for Liverpool's approach.

Barcola himself is eager for a move to Anfield and has already reached a full agreement on personal terms with Liverpool.
