Milan's Inter are preparing a new offer for Liverpool's Curtis Jones. The English midfielder continues to be a top transfer target for the Italian side, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
In the past day, Inter representatives have already been in touch with the player's agents. However, an agreement between the two clubs has yet to be reached, with negotiations progressing via intermediaries. There remains a significant gap in how both parties value the player.
That said, Inter are now willing to offer over €35 million for Jones, and it’s expected that a fresh proposal will soon land on Liverpool's desk.
Previously, the Reds had valued the 25-year-old midfielder at around €40 million. Notably, Jones's contract with Liverpool is entering its final year.
Ultimately, it will depend on whether the clubs can align on a fee and reach a compromise.
