As reported by Sky Sports News insider Anthony Joseph, the promising player has put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Premier League outfit.
The Cottagers successfully submitted a special application for the registration of a minor with FIFA, successfully obtaining an International Transfer Certificate (ITC) that enables them to register the forward with the Football Association.
Celtic will receive a mandatory training compensation fee of around £80,000 for the development of the player.
