Last season and the celebration of our championship were incredible moments for the whole city, which has faced tough times. But that celebration is behind us now. Our main task is to establish ourselves in the Premier League.

Lampard emphasised that his team is prepared for a challenging test in London:
Facing the reigning champions on their own turf is a difficult challenge, but we feel no fear and are ready to fight.

I’m grateful to the players who got us promoted, but the Premier League requires a different level, and targeted signings were necessary to elevate the overall quality of our play.

- Forward Hadji Wright is set to miss up to 12 weeks due to a thigh injury;
- Jack Rudoni and Efron Mason-Clark have recovered and are ready to play;
