Galatasaray are interested in a loan deal with an option to buy Chelsea's Emmanuel Emega, viewing him as a replacement for Mauro Icardi. The 21-year-old forward's future in London is in doubt as Chelsea plans to reduce their attacking options.
According to reports from Turkish-football, Istanbul's Galatasaray are interested in signing Chelsea forward Emmanuel Emega.
The Turkish giants have already initiated contact with their Premier League counterparts to discuss a loan deal with an option to buy. The Lions are on the hunt for a replacement for Mauro Icardi, who has left the club as a free agent.
Interestingly, Emega only officially joined Chelsea this summer, despite the transfer from Strasbourg being agreed nearly a year ago.
Nevertheless, his future at the London club appears uncertain. The Blues are keen to offload three forwards from their quartet: Emega, Nicolas Jackson, Liam Delap, and Mark Ghiu.
