Curtis Jones' transfer from Liverpool to Inter is approaching its final stages. The Italian club has arranged travel for the 25-year-old midfielder, scheduling a medical examination for Friday.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has also clarified the financial details of the deal. Inter will pay a guaranteed €30 million, with an additional €5 million available through bonuses. Liverpool will also receive 10% of any future sale involving their academy graduate.
Romano stated:
“Inter has planned Curtis Jones' travel and medical on Friday. The sum is confirmed: €30 million guaranteed, €5 million in bonuses, and 10% of any future sale for Liverpool.”
Jones is preparing to leave his boyhood club after 16 years in the system. The midfielder progressed through Liverpool's academy and made his first-team debut back in 2019.
