The player himself is open to a move to Crystal Palace, with negotiations ongoing as several other European clubs also keep a close eye on the situation surrounding the midfielder.

Magassa views the project at Selhurst Park positively and is willing to change clubs in hopes of a return to the Premier League.

West Ham acquired the midfielder from Monaco in August 2025 for €17 million plus €3 million in bonuses, signing him to a long-term contract that runs until the summer of 2031.

The respected portal Transfermarkt currently values the versatile midfielder/centre-back at €17 million.
