23-year-old French winger Bradley Barcola is on the verge of a move to Liverpool. French side Paris Saint-Germain have accepted an official offer from the Merseysiders exceeding £110 million.

According to French journalist Francois Plat, the France international has been pushing for this transfer for several weeks, having already pre-agreed terms of his contract. The player is now awaiting final clearance from the PSG hierarchy before heading to Liverpool for a mandatory medical.

The clubs still need to iron out minor details before closing the deal, which will mark Liverpool's third incoming transfer of over £100 million in just over a year.

Due to registration deadlines for Premier League matches, Barcola will miss the game against Nottingham Forest. His highly anticipated debut is set for the away fixture against Ipswich Town on Friday, 4th September.
