Bournemouth refuse to sell Alex Scott to Chelsea even for £85 million

Bournemouth have officially informed Chelsea that 22-year-old midfielder Alex Scott is not for sale under any circumstances.

As reported by TEAMtalk, the Cherries are firmly refusing to even discuss a transfer fee for the player.

Chelsea recently had their initial offer of £64 million turned down. The Blues were willing to increase their bid to a club-record £85 million, viewing the Englishman as a priority addition to their midfield. However, Bournemouth's stance remains steadfast as they categorically refuse to enter any negotiations.

Although Scott previously turned down contract extension offers, Bournemouth are determined to retain their key midfielder and have closed the door on any potential transfers ahead of the deadline.
