Turkish giants Besiktas have officially approached Newcastle United with a transfer proposal for midfielder Joe Willock.

As reported by Italian transfer guru Nicolо Skira, the Black Eagles are ready to shell out €20 million for the 27-year-old.

A preliminary agreement on personal terms has already been reached between Besiktas and Willock, with the contract set to run until the summer of 2030.
